How do I place a custom order?
The best way to get the project started is to send us an email with an outline of what you're looking for and we can go from there.
What can I expect with domestic shipping?
Items ship within 5-14 business days from purchase. The majority of what we create is entirely made by hand to order. Generally we ship within a week from order date but state 14 days in case we get busy. All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation and tracking number included. For priority mail, please select that option from the drop down menu. For express shipping upgrade, please email prior to purchase so we can be sure your item is in stock and ready to ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! There are two international shipping options, priority and first class. Priority is the fastest of the two and takes 6-10 day depending on your destination and includes tracking to your door step. First class is more affordable but can take 2-4 weeks to arrive and will not include tracking. Please be aware that the shipping times will vary due to customs and the customer is responsible for paying import duties and fees. If you're interested in a different shipping option please contact us before placing your order.
What if I need express delivery?
The majority of our products are made to order. If you are interested in purchasing an item for express delivery please email or call to be sure we have it in stock.
What's your return policy?
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt. Custom, altered, or personalized items are non returnable. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping and return costs. Item must be sent back in original unworn condition with original packaging.
How do I care for my jewelry...will my jewelry tarnish?
Tarnish is the natural process of metals and can give your jewelry a unique heritage feel. Most of the metals we work with will patina naturally with time. Direct contact with perfumes, lotions and water will accelerate this natural process. Our favorite non-toxic trick for restoring a nice shine to metal is to rub the metal gently with a super soft brillo pad (not recommended for oxidized metals). Each product will wear differently according to the user.
Where is the jewelry made?
Everything is fabricated right here in New York City!
